Here is a summary of our refurbishing process
Pack It and Send It to Us
Contact us to discuss the condition of your unit and what repairs or refurbishing needs to be done.

If necessary, we can provide you with an RA Number (Return Authorization).

Then pack the unit and ship it to us at

Unit Inspection
We audit the condition of the major components for damage and for structural condition.
We provide you with a price quote for approval before work is started.

Standard process is to provide all new valving, hoses, and fittings.
Clean, Repair and Replace
The unit gets stripped down
to each individual piece
and thoroughly cleaned.

We then repair or replace
any minor broken parts.
​
Any major components needing to be rebuilt or replaced is fixed or ordered.
​
All airlines, tube fittings, and valving are replaced.
Unit Rebuilding and Testing
Unit then gets rebuilt from the ground up with all new valving/hoses/fittings, rebuilding any leaking cylinders/rotators if possible.
Unit then goes through a testing phase and quality control, carefully crated and shipped back to the customer as any of our new units do.
